Original series description
This series of photographs were taken on a walk through the Essex countryside. There was plenty of stormy weather around - luckily I didn't get caught in the rain, but it lead to some beautifully dramatic skies. The first few shots were taken at a tiny little church called St Nicholas' in Chignal Smealey - it was tiny, cute and filled with dappled light. It was also lovely to enjoy the outdoors while it wasn't freezing cold, and see the signs of spring starting to burst forth!
